Dr. Nirmal Madhavan, a seasoned international research scientist and passionate mentor, has guided over 1,000 students toward making the right choices in education and career globally. Through his initiative on nutruting Indian International Researchers via the PhD PDF Scholarship and podcast sessions (https://www.youtube.com/@phd_pdfscholarship) , he offers counseling and provides opportunities for students to connect with industry experts, professors, and scientific communities worldwide.
With a strong academic foundation, including a Ph.D. from Australia in collaboration with Tata Steel Netherlands and a masters degree from IIT, Dr. Madhavan brings unparalleled expertise and insight to career counseling. He has worked on prestigious projects with organizations such as Tata Steel Netherlands, the Indian Navy - Scorpene Class Submarine (Ministry of Defense), AirBus Aerospace- France and is currently a leading scientist in a European green research organization.

It was a good experience overall. Our guidance counseler was very helpful and approachable, he was very patient with our questions and explained all the aspects and opportunities relating to the report that was made based on the aptitude test. The aptitude test overall was pretty accurate, highlighting personality type, career interests, motivators, etc. Though this counselling is wildly helpful, it does not pin-point a particular career for you, it makes clusters of career opportunities that suit you based off the test. If you're looking to find out an exact career or job this may not be as helpful, but it does certainly narrow down a lot of options based on your interests. The only drawback that I felt was that the website could have had stated more colleges and universities with specific courses mentioned more explicitly. They are given but I feel like it could've been made clearer, but what is made available is also really useful. Overall I would recommend Caristrra to people in doubt of their futures and what they want to pursue.

It was an insightful experience . At 31,I was deeply disoriented about my career path - until I discovered carristrra's carrier analysis and advisory service. Their analysis report was 90% closed with me. Councellor Mr. Vishnu listened to my concerns calmly and provided clarification ,which was reassuring . Through that ,I gained profound self-awareness , uncovering my innate strengths ,areas for growth ,and ideal career direction aligned with my personality.Discussion with Mr N. Madhavan also helped me to understand the current scenario about various fields. Thank you to the carristrra team for your great patience and support
